How Shipping Works

Zivarka works with third-party suppliers who ship products directly to you. Because of this, processing and delivery times vary by product and supplier, and items purchased together may arrive in separate packages at different times — this is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Where available, an estimated delivery window is shown on the product page. If no specific estimate is given, please allow up to 30 days from your order date for delivery, consistent with applicable shipping regulations. If we anticipate a delay beyond the estimated or default timeframe, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund or continue waiting.
